Amazing news: Undefeated has won a 2017 Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor for nonfiction! In a weird and slightly awkward coincidence, I was at the award announcements. It was an event for librarians in New York City, and I’d spoken on a panel earlier in the day, and I was still there, sitting way back in the balcony, when this happened.
